Kinser Creek Capital is a family-run investment firm focusing on warehousing and industrial real estate space in the Southeastern United States. We target the acquisition of existing industrial-use buildings, update and rehabilitation of former industrial spaces, and flexible build-outs for industrial and warehouse tenant occupation. With over 350,000 sqft of industrial space currently under roof, we are always looking to expand our holdings to new markets.
